Dizzy on Gw

I'm on week 2 of 20mg of Gw ed after every set I'm dizzy an have to sit down for a few minutes wtf only other thing I'm running is a low dose test I cruise on
 
Never experienced this... I'm able to shorten my rest periods between sets but I don't get dizzy

Is this primarily on leg days?
 
Are you on anything else?

If not, drop the GW and see if symptoms stop, or try lowering the dose to 10mg for a bit
 
I think it has to do with how it works.. now that you body is shifting from burning glucose to burning fat for energy. You may be a bit hypoglycemic.
 
You may need to up your healthy fat intake or your carbs...or both. Since your body's lipid metabolism is going to increase healthy fats will get utilized even more and will also help regulate blood glucose levels better as well as giving you more energy from a caloric standpoint. Also, adding carrots to your diet will also help maintain your blood sugar a little better as well as improving your body's ability to repair muscle due to the beta carotene form of vitamin A(which does not have a toxicity threshold). The last thing I will mention is that each meal should be a combo of protein/carb or protein/fat but never carb/fat. Keep us posted, buddy.
 
I'm gunna give it a few more days an see if it improves any then if not fk it. I was just gunna try it to help aid in the loss of a lil body fat before my next blast
 
Yeah if my carbs get too low i get headaches. Also I got caffeine withdrawal symptoms of headache and nausea first few days of starting GW as I had obviously pegged all PWOs.when i started it and I do not drink coffee
 
I've been running my carbs at 100-150 a day I'm going to bump them up an see if it helps any

That's pretty low, dude. How many calories are you taking in and how much do you weigh? Carb cycling is one thing but going low carb all the time will wreak havoc on your training. I try to go high carb on my deadlift/squat days since I need the extra glycogen.

this is NOT the correct way to cut bro and you know it. you are just trying to short cut things here and are paying the price.

GW should be used only after you have your diet in check, blaming it here is like blaming the bungee cord operator when your rope breaks in some 4th world country. you put yourself into the mess on this one
 
I'm 5' 11 230 been cycling on an off for 13 years first time running Gw an I don't feel like shit at all I was just getting dizzy after each set my strength is still there so I dropped the Gw an the dizziness is gone I've always run my carbs low when I'm dropping body fat I guess Gw is just not for me just like some people can't run tren

I wasn't blaming Gw I just was asking to see if anyone else had this problem and as you should no everyone responds different to everything especially a research chem an not one diet works for everyone
