Anybody use diuretics for water loss? I know A-dex is a safe bet, just wondering if anyone has had experience with some non-harsh stuff you can buy at walgreens. Thanks.
Only thing I have used is lasix and aldactone pre-contest. Lasix sucks. It hit me like a truck. Aldactone is pottasium sparing and milder so I likede it a lot better. Never tried any OTC stuff though.

I had a buddy who was prepping for a comp. over dose on diuretics the night before (I forgot what he took, something OTC) and spent the night in the ER due to mass dehydration. Wasn't pretty.
