Diuretic Question?

Shane

New member
I have high blood pressure and am on a prescribed diuretic. How will that effect the water retention from sus?

Bro, you should reconsider using AS that is likely to have a substantial impact on your BP levels (such as Test / dianabol), if you have a pre-exsisting condition. I understand your question is regarding water retention but be careful!!
As far as the water retention unless you increase the dosage of the diuretic you are using (not recommended) you are bound to begin to retain some additional water, dosage dependent. How much no one can tell you, only with trial with you find that out.
If you must go this route I would advice low dosage and make sure you use and anti-e. The anti-e can help with the water retention issue by keeping estrogen in check...

I talked to my doctor he said I should be ok and I would just increase the dose if worst came to worse.

You told your Dr the truth?? If so why the question here? Never mind I continue to forget there are many many Dr's that know little to nothing about this subject. If he is willing to monitor you and help with the dosage then you are as safe as you can be given your situation... I still don't know if I would recommend Test or d-bol though, why not go with AS less likely to convert to estrogen (thus lowering the water retention)??

Yeah my doctor didn't know much, thats why I posted the question. He did say though that increased test since I am medicated should have no effect on bp - Thanks for the concern
