what are some good supplements for distance runners?



What are some good supplements for sprinters?

Im not sure exactly what Im gonna be doing...I am running track and I haven't really decided which I am gonna do this year

I wasn't in track, but for baseball, i used creatine and found my fatigue level to rise big time..
