I am just curious as to how Phil Heath put on so much size in such little time. from 2001 when he started bodybuilding to 2003 he put on some significant size. I understand he isn't called "the gift" for no reason but did he start blasting and cruising right out the gate or what?
I know it isn't from just eating right and training right, sure you can put on some great size in two years, but nothing of that nature. What does it take to put that much size on so quick?
