i never truly fathomed how someone could be so willing to follow a book until then.
he showed me translated sections of thw Qu-ran which basically show it to be a guide to life (i.e. the guide, here are the rules, follow em or you in hell forever)....and why they base such faith in it
an example would be the explanation of trimesters and the stages of pregnancy in birth other heltgh related reasons (dont eat pork in middle eatsrn climate as unhealthy)
he also showed me the section where it says upon judgement to entry of heaven, i will be asked whether a messenger has explained to me how to lead my life (islam) and if i choose not to and become an 'infidel' then i go to hell. i will only be asked once
all of this made sense to me apart from the its where he said muslims act the way they do to show thanks to god for their existence. he believes if something bad happens, god will show the way, we have to be guided in every sense of life thats god will.
whereas i belive that if we will recieve judgement upon our actions, they will based upon moralistic values not predetermined ones. its atthis point i decided to shut up as he prattyled on about how islam is destined to govern the world etc and how afghanistan should be bombed and the terrorists should be set free.
as a hindu im allowed to listen to his views, as a muslim hes supposed to preach to me once. at least i got that out of the way

Ok I will tell you a story.
Now if anyone saw my thread about a wekk or 2 ago(don't remember) I was mentioning about a girl that I have been doing the whole where's it going shit and how I get invited to Grandma's house for supper.
Well here's the kicker. This whole thing is kind of a love triangle because their has been another dipshit in the picture and to be honest on my side another girl as well.
So anyways I am invited to these family events and all by her and tommorow another one at an aunt's.And my Dad is in town next week for 2 days because we are looking to purchase some machinery from a bankrupt company for our plant. so she is coming with me to dinner with him. See wgere I am going with this. So I decide today to ask the question "how come you invite me to these things but you don't ever ask 'fuckhead'(yes I said that) to these things?" She says "cause I dont want to"
Now to me this tells me after some thought that I am the quality and ooze the machismo of the 2, sorry but that other dude is so below me I wouldn't even let him lick my boots.
And the chick on my side(so this makes it a rectangle instead of a triangle) is not something I want to bring home to mom either, even though she just scored a quarter mill in a legal suit.
This is worst than Days of Our Lives and makes me laugh my ass off.
My biggest problem is I am in love with the quality one and well of you are a guy you can understand what a pain this is to express it properly without getting walked on.

its so true though man,i cant stand how they slam every other relgion yet we pray to the same god i just pray to the virgin mary also,and i do things different,i dont need to goto church 3 times a week to goto heaven,i go once a week and try to live a good of life as i can,am i not a bad guy but im not going to dedicate my life to teh church unless im a preist or bishop type deal,then they say there relgion is a relationship and mine isnt,fuck them,damn christians,they are perfect assholes i tell ya,and hypocrites
