Since he knew I am former military, a bud of mine invited me out for cocktails and dinner with some visiting British officers who were in town to testify on the Hill about the effects of the lifting of the British ban on gay military members.
While I don't know the specifics of how the testimony went, it was interesting to hear their side of the story over dinner, and how lifting the ban was a non-issue within their military.
I am just wondering what effect, if any (probably none) this will have on some of our Congressional leadership.
And yes, there was an orgy during dinner. A fucking food orgy. Any of you guys eat at Bepo di Bucca? Tons of meatballs and pasta! Good eats.
