Kodak has a nice one out right now. 5.0 megapixel DX4350 (I THINK that's the model number ...) for only $299.

Yeah. If you are just looking for a point-and-shoot camera, that's got some serious bang for your buck.

I really don't want to spend over $350, but I'll reluctantly spend up to $400 if it's a really good camera.

3x zoom at least (i think that's the standard for most of them, although i think kodak has a 4x zoom) I guess memory doesn't matter too much since you can always buy a memory card. I need something that's easy...I don't want to be struggling to load my pics onto my computer.

Other than that, I'm not sure?? Does anyone have a camera that they don't like or that doesn't have features that they wish they had?

You're only interested in optical zoom, not digital zoom.
