digestive enzymes

i heard their are digestive enzymes that let you get more protein in a meal about 50gram or whaeva
ginger root or papaya or acidophilus

how whould u take this before the meal or after the meal and how many times a day also which better when u want to eat allot of protein?

oh but does it matter on the individual still ?
if he/she can handle 60-80protein will the ginger root/papaya help digest all that protein so it can be absorbed for muscles and other stuff?
