Digestive Aids, enzymes, prebiotics, etc.

I know prebiotics and digestive aids are not all that talked about like they were before. There's tons of stuff out there like digestive enzymes, ginger root, papaya, acidophilus, etc etc.

I was wondering if anyone used these and if it helped them in any way? Or if you would recommend them.
 
risky i started using papaya and ginger root........and i do notice a difference.......no BLOATING,LESS FARTS, and i think after the meal usually 1hr later i goto the restroom,which hardly happened when i ate more protein than fiberous carbs:) GINGER ROOT AND PAPAYA GOOD but i am still looking for others so i can eat so much MOFO PROTEIN,cause gawd dam grilled chicken breast that they make near me is so good
 
Got to agree w/ you there about the ginger root. I felt the same way. I use it now every time I have a protein shake w/ lot of protein. Works great.

As far as the other stuff... Still waiting for someone to shed some light on this subject. I've also tried Digestive Enzymes, Acidophilus, etc.
