Digestion- Irritated Bowels- Constipation

Anybody have any problems with constipation or irritated bowels while on AS? I am having lower abdominal pain (very low almost to pubic area) and it feels like it is related to a back up in my bowels. After a bowel movement it seems to releasa some of the pressure for a while. I have even been eating additional fruits veggies and fiber but still having trouble. It is also giving me a little extra pressure on my bladder and making me urinate more frequently.

I'm on an SSRI that causes constipation. I just had me first bowel movement in 6 days. I've never heard of this with juice however. Are you lifting significantly heavier weights on your cycle (especiall squats and deadlifts)? If so, this could be the cause.

I get it when I change my diet and Im on a super high protein intake with not enough fiber,even though I think Im eating alot,then one day bam ibs and constipation for a few days

I try to have a glass of water with a big spoonful of Metamucil. Citrucel is better.
