different use of TEST???

OK i get my order which is supposed to be 20 sust amps. But insted i get a bottle of QV enenth. and 10 sust amps. Will it work if i use the enenth for the first five then the sust for thre last 5. I know test is test, but will the sust kick in as soon as i start it since then eneth will be in me for 5 weeks already.
