Different cycle patterns. What is the best?

From your experience, what is the best way to cycle drugs such as Deca, D-bol and Winny? Tapering, diamond pattern or same all the way through etc. What are the pro's and con's for each?

Cycle patterns are mostly an outdated strategy with all of the anti-e's available. At most, I would front load, but with the use of Arimidex or Proviron (or Winny with Deca or Anadrol) and clomid after, you can just run your dosages level to the end.

Pimp is right. Best pattern is to front load (especially with long acting test esters) and then run level throughout. Whatever you do, don't taper up.
