different beginners test only cycle

I've been searching threads and can't find the answers I'm looking for. I'm trying to find a cycle that works for me and my goals.

A little about myself. I'm 6'3 225, 31 yrs old. Overall athletic build naturally, managed to stay in shape throughout the years. Not sure about body fat, not really concerned about that. Wear size 34 jeans if that helps lol.

I've been working out steady for the last 8 months and have hit a plateau. I have a fairly clean diet, its not great but for me it works out well. I got a bottle of test cypionate (sp?) From a friend and took it at his prescribed dose for TRT which was 200ml every two weeks. During that time I did see some small strength and endurance gains about halfway thru, but not very much. After reading and trolling a lot afterwards I kinda figure I basically wasted it.

Now here's my question. I'm not looking to really get massive gains, or to cut fat or lean up more than I am. I'm looking for about 10-15 solid pounds. At this point I don't want to stack anything. I'm happy with my build, I just want to be around 10lbs heavier and have the strength gains that go with it. If that makes sense?

What would be a good basic cycle for my goals? What about a pct?

i'll be happy to set up a cycle for you but you need to understand that your current body fat does most certainly matter... it will determine if you are in the right physical condition to be running a cycle... your waist size means nothing with that... you need to get a somewhat accurate number to see if it is a healthy option for you...

Im not familiar with your entire workout history, but based on what you said, you have been working out for 8 months... my friend, you have a very big misconception to think you have hit a plateau in only 8 months of working out... you need to work on fixing your routine and shocking your body... there are quite a few gains to be made if you have only been working out 8 months, that can be done naturally...

at your age, a cycle is definitely fine, but i want you to understand how wrong you are saying you hit a plateau because you most certainly have not...

post your body fat when you find out and i will help you from there bro...

Man where to start on this.

First you don't hit a plateau at 8 months bro that just doesn't happen. Second I'm assuming you mean 200mg every 2 weeks not ml. You aren't going to see much while Taking his TRT dose. Pretty much a waste of good test IMO.

For your goals I'd suggest

Test E 250mg EW
