I am trying to cut not bulk...I am 300 solid, and have always had good genetics. The biggest I ever got was 350 when I was in college. The top part of my abs are showing through, but its my gut that as everyone is the problem. My diet is very clean right now and only allow 1 cheat day. I am eating nothing but eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon, oats, brown rice and veggies. and drinking as much water and crystal light as possible(5 calories and no sugar).
