Diff. between estrogenic fat deposits, gyno, & reg. fat

Could someone explain the difference between these? Seems like most posts are questions of whether or not people have them - but not the varying degrees and what should be considered reasons for concern.

I haven't used any Nolva for my current cycle. (sust 250 for 8 weeks) Around my nipples, and directly underneath them, are soft patches of what could be fat. When I flex it's not noticeable, nor is it just standing there. Though if I flex and poke the under side of my pec, there is a good 1/4 inch of fat before I hit solid muscle. However, when I look down (opposed to in a mirror) I can see the fat sticking out (I'm using this as a comparison with the rest of my chest). It's not soft or sensitive in that region, but I can pinch a good amount on the lower part of my chest.

The first time I noticed this was about 6 months ago, when I was using some proH's. I don't know if I had this before or not - I wasn't concerned since I was "natural". Definitely going to use nolva in my next cycle regardless, and thinking about starting my clomid treatment here at week 2.

Right now I'm looking kind of like (though not as big) the after picture in here...

I'm also at hovering around 14% BF...which might just be the extra weight I'm carrying.

your best bet would be to try cutting down and see if the fat around your chest budges. FOr example, even when I was at 10% BF, I still had more fat on my chest than any other place. This would most likely indicate that it's estrogenic fat. If this is the case and you dont have puffy nipples or lumps, then you might have what is called pseudogynecomastia. Real gyno consists of glandular tissue. If you cant feel anything when you press your chest, but you still want to make sure you dont have real gyno hidden somewhere deep in there, you will most likely have to have a mammogram done.

So this would merely indicate that I have a somewhat above normal estrogen levels in my body?
