Bro you might be better off in the diet section....
Your diet looks ok to me although I'm not the best person on dieting, but I'd suggest having your bananas pre workout and have those eggs post WO with your shake. I always have at least 2 bananas an hour before the gym, makes a real difference to my workouts.
You need to post up more stats bro, age, weight, training history, goals experience etc no one's gonna give you advice on AAS without those details and no one can help much with your diet without more info either.
