What would u guys suggest a good diet of about (3000cal?) should consist of? And what (in your opinion) is the best thing to prevent hair loss while on AAS? Thanks for the help, sorry if it's in the wrong place.
 
Forgot to add! Please can someone with more experience (I'm a novice) tell me what they think about my diet?

9 am- Breakfast: oats with milk and whey shake.
11 am- 3 eggs
12pm*train*
1pm- shake & 2 bananas
3pm- tuna and noodles
5pm- main dinner consisting of a large portion of meat
7pm- 3 eggs, yoghurt & fruit
9-10pm- USN Caesin protein desert for bed.
 
Bro you might be better off in the diet section....

Your diet looks ok to me although I'm not the best person on dieting, but I'd suggest having your bananas pre workout and have those eggs post WO with your shake. I always have at least 2 bananas an hour before the gym, makes a real difference to my workouts.

You need to post up more stats bro, age, weight, training history, goals experience etc no one's gonna give you advice on AAS without those details and no one can help much with your diet without more info either.


Defeat is the stepping stone to victory.
