Just a quick question, do you drink milk in the morning? And when do you drink your protein shakes? With or without water? I'm asking because with all the food protein I'm getting I don't even really need to suppliment it..

Milk is fine. It is casein based and it digests slowly, as opposed to water. I drink a whey shake when I first wake up to get out of catabolism, pre/post-workout and a casein shake at bedtime. That being said, you're better off eating real food than supplementing with powder. But the shakes are convenient.
