Kinda wondering if 400mg weekly of primo is enough to protect from muscle loss in everyone's expert opinion, provided diet is good and all that jazz. Clen in there too. I'd like to diet a bit with this bridge (using 300mg primo now) since i can't eat right anyways but don't want to have to rebuild a lot of muscle mass. I am trying slin with this but I'm like 9 days in and have gained maybe one pound and that's with creatine in there as well (10g 5X a week). i was expecting 5 lbs of water at least but nooooooooooo. In all fairness though, I have been sick this past week though ave still been training hard. Could have a thing or two to do with it. Gona take a few days off cause this sucks. Anyways, advice is appreciated. BTW, 300mg primo has helped me maintain strength for the most part - though I lost a few lbs and my nuts are back after only a couple weeks of clomid which couldn't happen if i were still shut down now could it?
