dieting question

I was planning on eating carbs only in the morning basically a good meal of chicken, rice, beans for breafast...light if any carbs at lunch, carbs after working out ONLY if its a gruesome workout that depletes glycogen levels

what do you guys think????

Is eating a healthy dose of carbs in the morning detremental to my cutting cycle???

I would definitely get carbs right after you get out of the gym regardless of what time you stop training... Your diet seems to be hinting at insulin manipulation. John Berardi:

I am still trying to learn as much about insulin as possible because it appears that insulin might be a huge factor in maintain as much lean mass as possible when dieting....

try and find a carb/pro/fat ration to abide by....

not too many carbs, but in the morning is def where u want them. ur gonna need alot of protein with that morning meal too, i dono if u already knew that cuz didnt say that was going to be part of ur meal, so just to let u know.
