Oh yeah, i did cardio 3x a week for the first 6 weeks of that cycle...once i hit 10% bf i dropped the cardio though.
Diet was pretty much flawless. took in around 2600kcal a day...keeping the carbs to a 50g MAX each day. And only did complex carbs like oats, brown rice. no simple carbs at all. ZERO CARB protein shakes mixed with water as well, .
Finding the energy was difficult, so all my carbs were done in my pre and post workout meals.
