trying to lose about 20 lbs. and im gonna go on a clen/ECA 2 week on/2 week off cycle (using the ECA on my off weeks) in like 2 or 3 weeks. but wanna see what i can lose b4 i go on that. im tryin to cut out alot of carbs and hit the protein. also drinking alot of water and diaretics. Any other suggestions? do's? don't's? also, sometimes i get a lil hungry for a snack..any good snack suggestions?

Cardio... cardio.... and then some more cardio... it is the only way to go. With dieting you can lose some weight, but it is a lot better when you exercise too. Do it on an empty stomach, 3-4 times a week at 30-40 minutes each session preferrably first thing in the morning..

As for snacks.. Brush your teeth or chew some gum... It will help!
