Diet while on Tren/Prop/T3/Clen

Never ran a real cutting cycle before and eaten like I should. Here's the diet I've been workin on following.

For protein shakes I use Optimum Nutrition double chocolate or whatever.
Chicken breasts are the costco ones, they are pretty big and at least 34grams of protein per breast.

7am
2 Scoop protein shake w/ 1/8 cup milk for flavor the rest is water

730am
1 egg 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup rolled oats

930
2 Scoop protein shake w/ 1/8 cup milk for flavor the rest is water

1130
Chicken breast + 1/4 cup brown rice

130pm
2 Scoop protein shake w/ 1/8 cup milk for flavor the rest is water

330pm
Can of tuna and 1 slice whole grain bread (no bleached flour, all grain)

530-6pm
2 Scoop protein shake w/ 1/8 cup milk for flavor the rest is water

8pm
Dinner, usually chicken and rice or some kind of fish with brown rice again

10pm
protein shake, all water, little PB, and 5 grams of fish oil

While dieting you can't eat "1/8 C. of milk for taste". Milk is one of the worst things you can eat while dieting. I don't like most of my meals, but they work.
So cut out the milk, cut out the bread. Eat oatmeal and yams for carbs. Don't take so many whey protein shakes. They should only be used in the first meal of the day and post workout with a simple carb like dextrose.
