Diet supplements

I don't know dick about weight loss and all that. I've been skinny most of my life due to being in sports. I'm 2 years out of high school and it's catching up with me. I went from 155 in school to 191 last week. I've got myself down to 185/6 but it's not enough. I'm looking into a diet supplement that I can take to help. I eat fairly healthy the problem is a lot of times dinner won't be till 10 or so at night. The only thing I have to work out on is an eliptical machine that I do 30-45 minutes a day on. What do you guys suggest to take to help drop the pounds a little faster? Maybe a fat blocker or a carb blocker or something. I do eat a lot of pasta, bread, and stuff so my carb intake is probably high. I'm more of a high carb low fat diet right now. Anyway I don't care if it has ephedra in it as long as it works and I can still obtain it.

let me knwo what you think
thanks in advance.

Start eliminating

* Sugar (this includes HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP)
* Trans Fat (do a google search to find out more about it)
* Sodium
* Processed foods (mac 'n cheese, hamburger helper, blah blah blah)
* Fast food (buy the book FAST FOOD NATION and SUGAR BUSTERS)

Start incorporating:

* Lean protein (chicken breast, fish, lean meats)
* Lower GI foods (http://diabetes.about.com/library/mendosagi/ngilists.htm)
* Veggies
* Drink over a gallon of water a day
* Start consuming more Omega 3 fats (i.e. fish, fish oil caps)
* Eat 5-7 small(er) meals a day
* Exercise more (if you're really overweight, start doing 30-45min EVERY morning of a mod intensity walk, 60-80% of MRH...MHR = 220-age...)
* HIIT (http://www.musclemedia.com/training/hiit.asp)

If your diet is sound, then look into:

* Thermorexin
* Glucorell

Both items can be found at www.anabolicfitness.net/store

Supplements for beginners is an invitation for laziness.

(and inevitable failure).

you'd do better in the long run to get your diet in check first and foremost. there is no reason for anybody to use dietary supplements -- if everyone ate like they should, the diet industry would go out of business.

D, when did you get so smart in dieting, after you picked my mind for for tips? Seriously, I'm impressed. Did I type that out for you a while ago? hahaha

I think I'm in for Feb. 7th. As long as Whit drives.
