I am new to the forum and just finished reviewing different recipes for low fat meals. Got so more ideas.
For the last 6 months I have been stuck in a rut - still training but my eating has been off and on (mostly off). My problem is that I get bored and sick of stuff really easy so I try to find as many easy recipes as possible.
The few recipes that I have found so far (without going into the archives) are some chicken ones. Basically, I am looking for a low fat, low carb and high protein diet. I am 31 (almost 32), weigh anywhere from 123-127 (depending on how I am feeling). I train very hard in the gym and have been doing so for approx. 10 yrs. I compete in powerlifting, although have not done so in the last year, but I looking to compete again hopefully in the Spring of 2002. Unless I am going into a contest and try to get into my weight class, I don't usually diet. Another goal of mine is to get lean enough for a photo shoot (my husband has agreed to pay for one if I can stick to a diet).
Any other recipe ideas that I can get would be much appreciated.
