ok here is my big effort... if everyone posts in this thread or emails me their suggestions for recipees... including ingredients and proper procedures for preparing them...

I will create a web site listing a comprehensive recipee book separated by diet type... so send the following..:

1. ingredient list
2. preparation instructions
3. diet intended for (atkins, isocaloric, etc)
