I understand that in order to loose weight (get cut) you have to eat a significant percentage under your BMR. But my question is can you eat anything as long as you don't go over your designated calories , eat high fat/low carbs, or what?
I am on a ckd diet right now and I want to stay pretty lean (cut) for the next 6-8 months, but I know that I will not be able to do a ckd for that long. I will go nuts. Can I incorporate carbs into my diet along with morning cardio 5 days a week for 30-45 minutes medium intensity and still stay lean?
Thanks
