Diet Question

I'm currently a 22 year old male, 5'10 190lbs and would like to drop down to 175. I would like to get some opinions on my diet and workouts, I'd appreciate any advice.

My breakfast is usually a bowl of fresh cut up fruit from the deli (no syrups, just slices of melons, grapes, oranges, strawberries).
Once in a while I'll sub 1 cup of cheerios with a splash of 1% milk and sliced up strawberries. That's pretty much breakfast all week.

For lunch I'll get fresh romaine salad with diced grilled chicken, carrots, tomatos, peppers and a splash of light sesame ginger dressing. I also usually get a green apple.

Unless there is grilled chicken in my fridge, I'll go right to the gym, after the gym I usually get a Myoplex shake with a banana or scoop of peanut butter.

I drink a ton of water throughout the day, rarely anything else.

If I need a quick snack before hitting the gym, I'll usually have a peanut butter (natural, not skippy or gif) on whole wheat sandwich.

My workout at the gym is a half hour on the treadmill (running a mile at 6.0mph and then walking the rest of the half hour).
Then I use the stationary bike for 20 minutes at level 4.0.
Ellipitical machine next for 15 minutes on level 3.0

I've recently added a few reps on the chest/shoulder machines with a few reps on the rowing machine.

My ultimate goal is to drop some weight, tone up, and eat healthy.

I guess my question is, do I maintain the cardio with the slow addition of weight training?

*I should add that I take a GNC multiman vitamin twice a day.

Bro, same basic problems, too few meals, not enough fat or protien, TOO many high gi carbs. Fruit and cheerios? Damn... just go on the famous soda and twinkie diet, you'll get the same effect on your body, but it tastes alot better.
