Okay I understand that you have to eat a lot when youare on your cycle and you need alot of protien. But, what I am curious is how clean do I need to eat? Everyone at my gym is telling me to not worry about it and eat everthing in site. I have been dieting for close to a year now and have lost sixty pounds and am looking to do my frist bulcking cycle. I really want to add mass to my frame but not alot of fat. So is it back to eating fast food or sould I continue to eat claen? Thanks for your help in advance.
