This is how i plan to eat when i start my cycle, and i am going to eat clean. Let me know what you all think i am 6'2 230 12%bf
want to gain about 15 to 20 lbs.


Breakfast (80g of protein, 70g of carbs, 20g of fat)

Snack (80g of protein, 30g of carbs, 20g of fat)

Lunch (80g of protein, 40g of carbs, 15g of fat)

Pre - Work Out (80g of protein, 80g of carbs, 15g of fat)

Post - Work Out (80g of protein, 90g of carbs, 15g of fat)

Before Bed (72g of protein, 57.5g of carbs, 8g of fat)


4200 Calories

45% Protein 472.5 grams
35% Carbs 367.5 grams
20% Fat 93 grams

looks like a solid plan, gear??? any?
 
have not really narrowed it down yet but probably:

Insulin 20 iu per day w/creatine & glutamine
sut 500mg a week
fina 75mg a day
deca 400mg a week
d-bol or T-400
and some injectable B- Vitamins for fun

This will be my first serious cycle and hope to make good gains and compete next summer in ronnie coleman classic (Teenage Level)
