diet or not what do you think

What's up bro's,

What would you guys do, I am 6'3" 219lbs. around 10%bf I do eat right but I do not diet like I want to or should. I probably drink about 2x a week mostly beer. I want to look the best I can and I look pretty good I have a six pack and good definition and vascularity. I want to diet I just wonder how much of a difference it will make?

I eat good alot of tuna and chicken and about 3 isopure protien shakes a day.... should I get serious and diet right do you think I would blow up and become an animal? I would love to put on about 10 more lbs. I going to run some fina/eq/test I know that will do it but would like to try natrualy first. Thanks guys.
 
OF Course! Eating right, cutting out the alcohol, and taking training seriously, can only benefit you! Set your goals high and reach them!
 
It all depends on your goals. it sounds like you are relatively happy with the way you look now and you enjoy your beer. So i do not see you sticking with a strict diet.

Dieting is not an easy thing and one more be extremely motivated in order to stick with one.
