i know this should be in another forum but this is the only good one for answers lol.
anyway, i've had successful leaning diets and not so successful ones. Its always been a matter of motivation and will power and not the diet itself because i always just go keto and cardio.
i just want to know what motivates u guys..and how do u stay strong?
