diet inquiry-what do you guys eat?

Sometimes I debate whether I should eat everything I can get my hands on and sometimes i think I should just eat healthy low in fat, high in protein foods. I want to get bigger but at the same time i want to maintain the cut look. I go back and forth and I think I should either stick with one plan or the other. Anybodys diet input will be appreciated...
 
the responses you obtain will mean absolutely nothing, you should check your self before being able to answere this question for yourself. are you naturally skinny or fat? what is your current cosmetic goal, bulking or cutting? what kind if any drugs are you running? how much cardio do you do, if any? how often do you train?

some can eat that shit on the daily bases (specially those running gh) and not gain much if any fat, while others will gain fat just by looking at that shit

i do tend to include burger kind once or twice per week when im bulking, other then that i eat very clean,
 
basically, my metabolism is unbelievably good. I can eat and eat. I do gain weight, but never in the form of fat. I do want to get abs, and i'm going on winstrol, fina, and prop july first. Just thinking of what I should do. If i eat lean meals will i put on any weight and muscle?
 
During the summer or if i'm cutting - About never, unless I can't get to any other food, I'll grab a salad and 1-2 plain grilled chicken (no bun) from McDonalds, or somewhere else.

During the winter or if i'm bulking - I'll eat it 1-4 times a week. When your trying to consume that many calories its tough to keep cooking all the time. So if I'm hungry, and I'm short on time, I'll put down 2 combos, and another sandwich. If food is in front of my face, it'll be gone in a few seconds.
 
so basically, if you're trying to cut abstain from fast foods, if your trying to get bulked up, eat everything? I'm 6'3 205 right now. I reached 225 last cycle. I don't appear to be buffed, but decent size. Should I concentrate on getting body mass ( bulked up ) before I should even consider getting cut?
