Diet help

I am looking for help in how many calories, protein, fat etc I should consume each day. I am currently 5'11" and 205 lbs. I would like to get to 195 and still build mass. I work out 5 times a week each bodypart twice. I do monday thru Friday and spend weekends with my family. I have a big upper body with weak legs due to injuries but I am working on that. Major goal is 6 pack. I sport what I call a 4 pack now with lower abs packing on the lbs. My bench is strong finishing at 335 for 6 reps. Embarrassingly I only finish my squat at 185 but the are ATG squats. Now I take in 2380 calories but I am starting to feel weaker and losing some mass in my opinion. For supps I take attack, gear, ancient strength and n2kts pre and onslaught, attack and gear post. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
Id take in 225-300 gs of protien a day if your cutting also you might look into a cyclical keto diet which is my go to on a cut. The other cut protocol I use is Mike Dolce's Book 3 Weeks to Shredded which worked really well
