diet help

ok ill make this as short as possible. im 6'0'' 170lbs around 5-6% bf. i am going to try to put on a little mass the next couple of months. same old song i know,the difference being i never eat more than 2000 cals a day now,because i must stay as lean as possible year round due to my carrer. i have a couple months off to try to do this let me know what you think of the meal plan.training is good, my present build is fine would just like to be a little bigger(never here that one).


meal 1 8 am
4 scoops eas simply whey
16 oz skim milk

meal 2 noon
a large portion of chicken,turkey,or lean ground beef and some brown rice or sweet potatoe plain

meal 3 4 pm
tuna and natural peanut butter

workout at 6pm

meal 4 7 pm(post workout)-biotest surge

meal 5 8 pm
8 oz chicken breast some brown rice

meal 6 11 pm
either 2 scoops eas simply whey in water or 4 oz chicken

about 2300-2400 cals with 230-240 protein
any help would be great
