Hello all-here is my diet let me know what you think.trying to lose 30 lbs in 45 days for job reguirement .
am 1 hour cardio empty stomach
just black coffee and 1 ephdrea
-1 hour after cardio
meal #1 1/2 cup oatmeal -splenda -cinn.1-ephdrea
1.5 hours later -
weight train -verry high reps light weights
meal #2
8 oz chicken /salsa -1/2 cup oatmeal -large portion broccoli 1-ephdrea pill
black coffee
late afternoon cardio session
meal 3 plain salmon -large portion broccoli or aspargus
meal 4- handful of nuts or scoop of peanut butter ot 40 grams of plain isopure protein .
there it is let me know what you think -be nice .I have already lost 80 lbs
