I've been off my cycle for several weeks and I think my test levels are back to normal. I'm stuck. I can't gain any weight or strength. This happens to me every time and I end up doing another cycle to get over the peak. My training is great so I've narrowed it down to my diet. the problem is I'm feeling full and can't eat 8 meals a day. Here is what a day looks like
10am-protein pancakes+milk
noon-2 tuna sandwitches
4pm-two tuna sanwitches and 4 eggs, protein shake with oats in it
7pm-cottage cheese and oatmeal and milk
9pm protein shake (40g)
Am I just not eating enough?
I'm training one muscle group a day also.
