Stats: 6'2" 250lbs 18%BF 21yo
Goal: to get BF down around 10% or lower in 90 days

quetion:

Ive been doing this routine for about month & 1/2 and only lost like 5-10 lbs now ill be starting this cutting cycle and the main goal is to get bf down and I dont think my diet is right or maybe it is maybe Im doing too much cardio. ive gotten reccomendations to up the carbs and other reccomendations to lower the carbs and up the fats... What do you guys think. I appreciate all your help. Thanks
