I learn a lot about dieting by reading posts on the board. But, what resources can I use to learn more? With my genetics, I can't waste time with "bad days" due to eating the wrong thing at the wrong time. I want to learn ALL I CAN about dieting so that I can achieve the best gains. It is easy to find books totally geared towards weight loss, but I haven't found ANY geared toward solid weight GAIN. Can anyone make any suggestions?
