Diet for supposed gyno

some people say what looks like gyno sometimes is stored fat in your nipples, how do you fin out what it really is between real gyno and stored and if it's the second one is there a special diet and training to get rid of it? thank you.

well without getting too scientific why not just post a picture of yourself and we can tell you
