Hey bros, I'm pretty good at making diets but I'm having trouble making one for my wife that she can enjoy as much as you can enjoy a diet that is but more importantly one she will stick to. I was wondering if you guys have had any luck with a piticular diet and if you can pass it on to me. My wife is 5'6 155 lbs she could have an excellent build but she does not like to work out. I just got her started on the bike three times a week for 30 mins. to start also I have her do three sets of pushups for a total body workout( keep in mind this is just to get her body moving again) during the summer she is very active(softball, rollerblades, etc.) during the winter like many females she puts the weight on. Any help would be great, Thanks as always. Oh by the way she will eat just about any food so she is not picky at all when it comes to food.
