how much bodyfat can u loose in a week whitout loosing musclemass?


and how low bodyfat can u diet down to whitout loosing musclemass?
 
if you eat small meals and aren't in too much of a deficit, you can usually lose 1-2 pounds of fat/wk with negligible muscle loss (potential gain)
 
Train heavy and keep the protien intake high as this will help to preserve muscle mass as you attempt to decrease bf. To my understanding you will always lose a little bit of muscle when doing this but how much you lose is up to you.
 
i agree totally: it's impossible to gain strength while dieting strict even if we take supplements such as whey protein, any caloric deficit will make us feel a bit weak, low energy low strenght and lazy, which is impossible to gain strength in this stage of caloric deficit
