well i did a cycle of sust 250 mg's e5d along with 150 mg's of npp for a total of 8 weeks! i did get a gyno symptoms and a little backne (the only sides) i went from 230 to 255 lb's, the heaviest i had ever been. i had nolva and arimidex to stop the gyno and keep water retention to a minimum! while on my strength and sex drive was GREAT! the strength was comparable to btg var, maybe a little better due to the increase in calaries.....this was my first experience with both sust and npp (although i have done test prop). anyways my pct included clomid, and nolva for 3 weeks. my appetit has been almost non existant, my sex drive is still low (shlong works fine though) i havent got my blood work done from this cycle yet. after my last experience with test my levels were at 45 when normal range should be at well over 200, i dont have my last results in front of me but thats about all i recall on it. ill look for it later and add it!
well anyways, my strength has dropped some, but not too bad. the reps have fallen off, but the max is still cloes to when i was on. recovery is a bitch now! i was working every muscle every 5 days with no problem at all. now i do a muscle and it stays soar for 3-4 days, when i was on i would only be soar the next day, so my recovery sucks! i know im still shut down pretty good! in the future i dont think i will fuck with this combo. it seems to do more harm then good......for me anyway.
the best cycle i ever done was btg var by itself at 25 mg's a day i gained and kept over 20lb's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my second cycle was papervar and test prop. i only gained about 8-10 lbs from that one, but i kept most of that one too and looked SICK!!! so now im just going to bridge 15 mg's of btg's for 2 months (the btg alone DID NOT SHUT ME DOWN!!!!)
please if anyone has any advise i can use it! and for my spring cycle it will be BTG var 40 mg's a day for 10 weeks along with primo at 300 mg's a week, and 75 mg's of prop eod for sex drive.
i did do my homwork on all the gear i did before i ever touched any of it. so so far btg var is by far the best gear i ever used! no sides, didnt shut me down, gained an amazing amount of weight for var, and became hard and vascular as fuck!
so for the mod's, vets, and pepole who have used the gear i discused did i do somthing wrong? or is it just a wast to do a cycle where im not going to keep any of my gains?

I'm thinking something was wrong with your post-cycle diet? You still gotta keep the cals above maintenance and a get in a good amount of protein and healthy fats
 
Sounds to me like you didn't fully recover from your 2nd cycle before starting your 3rd and now your testes are really shut down. It's also possible that you have low test levels and are a candidate for TRT.

HCG use would have been adviseable either during the nandrolone cycle or at the very end. You can try to acheive full recover now by running the following protocol (from Dr. JMW):

1000IU HCG EOD weeks 1-2
50mg/day clomid weeks 1-5
20mg/day nolva weeks 1-5

If you opt to do this, do not bridge with anything. Var may not have completely shut you down on your first cycle but it will definitely interfere with recovery if your HPTA is, in fact, shut down now.

yeah.....man i tried .............just no appitite at all. i smoked some weed and that didnt even help.............i feel like jayson giambi. :(
 
Lol @ Jason Giambi ... Yeah, then that's definitely it. You gotta eat bro, get in the kitchen. Also start taking a multi-v, if not already.
 
You really didn't say what you lost post cycle. It is totally normal for your endurance to drop and your need for recovery time to increase. You have to have realistic expectations. Your first cycle was pretty mild and you made great gains AND kept most of them. The reason for this is your first cycle didn't take you beyond or even to your genetic potential (which is limited) even though you made great gains. Once you pass the point that your body is genetically capable of reaching naturally it becomes harder and harder to keep anything but not impossible. The key is to force yourself to be motivated and keep your ass in the gym (which it sounds like you're doing) and work out with total intensity. We are always competing with ourselves but what works for me is in every trip to the gym I make sure nobody in there is working out with more intensity than I am. It forces you to push yourself even when you don't feel it (which is rough post cycle). The other key and the one that's more important than the first is to make sure you're eating. 6 times per day and lots of protein. What has helped me is getting up in the middle of the night and slamming a protein shake. I mix it with water because I don't want all the sugar from the milk while I'm sedentary (sleeping). I normally wake up at about 3am to piss and just do it then. This has made a huge difference for me so maybe try that. The last thing I'll leave you with is to not discount the psychological impact of post cycle. I am now off (3 weeks) and when I look in the mirror I feel like I'm shrinking before my eyes (I begin to panic). But, actually my weight is only down 2 lbs which was water anyways so I'm not REALLY shrinking, it's just my mind fucking with me.
