I often ask myself the same thing.. The Swedish government has been doing a big "anti steroid campaign" this year.. As you may now Martin Kjellström got caught earlier this year.
If the coops sees a big shreeded guy on the street they can bring him into custydo and force him to do blood- or urintest.

It´s sick.. Hate this country.
