Took benadryl and melatonin cocktail as I always do. When it kicked in it had the opposite effect that it usually does. I felt like I took dayquil and today I feel all jittery. Today's going to suck.

that sucks. i fell asleep at 10pm i think, and woke up at 6. just got a 1.5 hour workout in, i feel great.

nursing the baby huh?

I was thinkin about that last nite smurf and have a couple of suggestions

yeah nursing the boobie monster
i've convinced myself that she will eventually grow out of it LOL
I tried to let her cry but she can scream for hours on end.

you'll probably crash soon or get even more hyper, wait a bit and chug a redbull later to get you through the day. I get one of these nights when my hormones go all crazy during my time of the month, and this above recipe usally works, excluding a midol, you might also consider an aspirn( might calm your jitters a bit).

will she take a bottle at all?? or a sippy with a no drip valve? because I was thinkin you should try giving her a juice cup/bottle instead
or expressed milk and slowly water it down ..

like first night full, next 1/4 water till its just water and take it away

start with holding her like youre going to feed her and let her hold a blanket or something...eventually hold her away from your body..then eventually just take her out of her crib and have her next to

till it turns into giving her the bottle or sippy in her crib...
when it gets to all water and if shits goin well..stop giving it to her
the theory is that she'll eventually associate the blanket and sippy/bottle with goin back to sleep instead of you...then you can just transfer it to the blanket

Im thinkin if shes a good weight this is more about comfort and habit than needing to eat

I never did crying out...I can't handle it

shes over 8 mths isnt she?

it shouldnt be an issue...I mean if she hasnt moved on to some solids...then no..obv not

but she should be able to handle 8 ounces of water easily without any problem with elctrolytes
