what dose are you taking and how many times a day?

I take 2 caps (1000mg) usually twice a day and have no sides like that whatsoever. if you take extreme high dosages 3x per day it can cause some stomach distress I believe macro said.

start with a low dose, and yes alcar can cause stomach distress. particularly if you have not acclimated to it.

that is uncommon..

try taking with food until you develop a tolerance (the stomach like anything "needs to train" to handle some things)
