Diamond patter or front load?

Im a novice about to start my first cycle, Im taking test 250mg every 10 days along with deca and I was recommended to do a diamond patter with the deca since my receptors will respond quick enough. Everyone here seems to do the front load . What do u guys think?.

If its your first cycle then pick a dose and keep it at that all the way through.
