DHEA question

Should I take the normal or 7-keto version?? How much should I take per day? If I use the 7-keto will I be ok with that as I have very fast metabolism....

For the record this is a post that should be put in the Supps section.

I picked 7-Keto over straight DHEA because of all of the sides I read about related to DHEA. The dose I used was 100mg/ED. It's supposed to enhance your metabolism so what are you going to use it for since you already have a fast metabolism as you put it?

I would stay away from 7keto DHEA for PCT. It can interfere with natural testosterone production, despite the fact that its non-androgenic or anabolic.

Normal DHEA would be suppressive too.
