how much post workout and what do you use to flavor it?
 
I use 75grams or so, sometimes more, with glut, creat, and 50mg of protien.
 
thanks guys. i thought fruit juice was a no-no post cycle?
 
Try a mixture that uses .8 gr/carb/kg + .4 gr/prot/kg.

Dextrose is good; maltodextrin edges it out slightly in terms of glycogen replenishment.
 
not sure if it does but $10 for 5gallons of dextrose is cheaper than drinking gatorade
 
Im telling you, get a Designer Whey Protien Blast (Or Isopure Juice type RTD), and mix it with your dextrose and glut/creat. Best post workout drink EVER!

Its like Kool-Aid on gear ;)
 
no gatorade will not work the same as taking dextrose. you want a sugar that is very high glycemic and dextrose is the top, gatorade is bad to take post workout.

i think you mean $10 for 5 lbs right?
