I am at the size I need at the present moment and just now training mainly for strength and if size comes then thats great...I want to go into camp a little heavy but I have been thinking of really hitting it hard.. then 6-8 weeks before going into camp really hitting winny or fina and GH and just work on speed and conditioning and just maintain what strength gains I made during the summer....
what I am asking also is what would you do in my situation? I got friends telling me t400 and EQ put strength on them like sno other and I know fina puts strength I have taken it before...but I am also worried a little about a drug test when I come back...so that limits me a little...EQ may stay in the body too long and I am not sure with fina(as I have seen 3weeks to 3 months being quoted as a detection time) ANy ways I was thinking doing T400 or Test Suspension and dbol to just pound on mass and stregth then use the winny and running 7x a week and drop the extra weight. I am weighing 230 I would like to get up to 250 or so and drop and play at 235 or 240. I know suspension would do the trick... I know you can make your own suspension and I would love to know how. But I dont trust my self to make any....so if anyone wants to email me with experience on making susp. then hit me up or PM me.......
